Our stay was amazing. The place is spacious, private and with all the amenities you need (fully stocked kitchen). Instructions for check in and check out were timely and very well communicated. It was a great location for our day trips to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Fully recommend this place!

Centrally located with shopping, food & fuel. Walkable to all things mentioned. Easy Highway access. This was the perfect spot for us to rest & recharge before making our way to our camping adventures. Friendly host, easy check in & instructions.

Great place in a great location. Tiny house wasn’t so tiny! Lots of room, very clean and had everything I needed!! John was very helpful and communicated very quick and was great to work with. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! The views were top tier. The farm animals were a plus. It was close to Zion National Park and the Grand Canyon. We would definitely recommend.

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. das kleine Haus war für uns ausreichend gewesen. wir haben die Ruhe und die Einsamkeit gesucht und gefunden. In der Küche war für einfache Gerichte alles vorhanden, auch gür ein Lagerfeuer war alles vorhanden. Die Unterkunft war für uns genau das richtige, wer aber nicht gerne fern ab vom Schuss ist, ist die Unterkunft nichts!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was peaceful, comfortable, and had the most beautiful view to wake up to. We especially enjoyed greeting all the animals in the morning — it made each day feel so special. The host was wonderful and extremely helpful. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Awesome, awesome place! This was such a cool experience with the farm animals. Bed was so comfortable after a long day of traveling. Heater worked well which was great for us Floridians! Definitely recommend!

I will always stay at John's tiny cabins as long as they're available when I need them. I love how it's out in the country away from everything, but still close enough to a grocery store (5-10 minute drive). Every stay has been a pleasant stay! It's the perfect location to try to take pictures of the night sky (as long as the other visitors keep their front porch lights off).

I found my own little slice of paradise at 40 Wild West! I initially only had it booked for one night, but I loved it so much that I booked it for another night. It was so quiet and comforting, being surrounded by farm animals, and gazing out at the night sky. I may make a trip back out to Arizona just so I can stay here again. Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved John’s not so tiny tiny house. It was extremely comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen and great bathroom. It was conveniently located close to Zion, so we drove in over 3 days. Would definitely stay again.
