It has a combo washer/dryer, stove, full size fridge, dishwasher, electric fire place, record player, Nintendo, living room and master bedroom have their own TV, bathroom, instant hot water and more. Our units are in a commercial location behind a car lot giving you quick access to plenty of dining, shopping and fuel stations.

We own The Car Barn and our tiny homes are located behind the Car Barn. We are within minutes of dining, grocery shopping, fueling stations, laundry facilities, side-by-side rentals, mountain biking, Zion NP, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake and many more beautiful Southern Utah parks and recreation areas. There is so much more to do and see, you may even want to extend your stay.

Units are within a mile of dining, gas stations, Lin's Market and 7-11. It's the perfect location if you are visiting St George, Zion, Sand Hollow, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Quail Lake, mountain biking in Hurricane, Toquerville or surrounding areas. Those are some of the sites and activities to enjoy in Southern Utah. There is so much more to do and see, you may even want to extend your stay!!
