This Dusty Rose is located on 40 acres and is a perfect tiny home to enjoy out in the country. With chickens, cows, goats, horses and more about back you’ll have plenty of friends. This cabin offers a queen bed and two twin mattress in the loft area. Ladder weight limit of 175 pounds. Plenty of space to park. If you are traveling in a group we have 7 other tiny homes down the Lane.

We are not located in Fredonia but 30 minutes away in a town called Cane Beds. We are 15 minutes away from Colorado City where there is a wonderful grocery store and a few restaurants. We are about and hour to an hour and 1/2 from Zions, Lake Powell, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon, and St George.

Guest Access

Parking is great, Lots of space. There is a town 10 minutes away that have delicious family run places to eat, a grocery store, places to hike and parks. Driving is a must in this area, we live in a very rural area.

Good to know

We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time . If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.

I found my own little slice of paradise at 40 Wild West! I initially only had it booked for one night, but I loved it so much that I booked it for another night. It was so quiet and comforting, being surrounded by farm animals, and gazing out at the night sky. I may make a trip back out to Arizona just so I can stay here again. Thank you so much!

It was a beautiful experience. I couldn’t ask for more. I wish I could have stayed more. There were also lots of cute animals. Best host and always responsive. I really recommend this place, so peaceful😊

Tiny home was nice and cozy with everything you would need. The animals are so cute! My son had such a fun time feeding them. The home sits on a huge, quite, and beautiful property.

Wonderful stay but was thinking of leaving a poor star review as I was unaware I would fall in love so much with the farm cats. They were beyond precious! So much so we were trying to figure out a way to throw them on a plane with us to Georgia! Hah!
