Good to know

We are a cattle family who homesteaded the Arizona Strip. Our place has horses, cats, dogs, chickens, roosters, goats and cattle. We are completely off the grid. Our water is off a well and our electricity is solar. The rooster crows in the morning. The water can sometimes have a unique odor but is clean and safe and we provide free water bottles. We don’t see them often but there are snakes (mostly blow snakes but rattle snakes are native, scorpions (non poisonous) coyotes and other critters from time to time . If you like petting and feeding the ranch animals please feel free to offer a hand. We are 5,000 feet in elevation and experience all seasons. We are 15 minutes away from the coral pink san dunes.

This is the only location I have saved for future trips. Plenty of great Air BnBs that are 5 stars hut this one takes the cake. They have very sweet animals you can visit before heading out exploring the area. 🥰 This spot is so cozy and comforting not to mention the stars you see at night! I was blessed to be there during snowfall. Definitely without a doubt coming back for the next road trip. Thank you for having a sense of humor and kindness in our messages and updates as well. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay this place is so quiet and peaceful. Just a heads up make sure you bring your own drinking water. The owner was very friendly and welcoming, and their cute cat loved hanging out with us (so sweet and friendly!). Bonus: since it’s a farm stay, you can see the animals in the morning, which was such a fun experience.

Great place if you want to truly get away. Secluded, quiet, and surrounded by nature with a beautiful view. I stayed here for 13 days and had zero issues the entire time. Everything worked smoothly, which made the stay stress free. The full kitchen made it easy to settle in and stay comfortably long term. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away, so it feels remote without being inconvenient. There are animals around the property and plenty of open space, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. This is definitely for a certain type of person. If you want quiet, privacy, and time to clear your head and be in nature, this place is perfect. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Kendrick went out of his way to help during my stay, including clearing snow and offering great local recommendations. You can tell they genuinely care.
